Verdict: very negative. Avoid. Winna’s own VIP team recruited me, I wagered $5.86M in about a month, deposited $104.6K and withdrew $71.9K — a losing player, every casino’s dream. Three days after the host told me a bonus was ready to claim, an admin closed my account, cancelled a $15.7K withdrawal, voided a settled sports win and kept the rest of the balance — about $25–30K in total. Their reason: 1.01x dice bets I used to finish a VIP level. Their own words: “your sports action was fine.”

How it started
Like Yeet, Winna came to me. A VIP manager offered lossback and a personal host, then opened a Telegram chat with the whole team — host, VIP services, the owner. Polite, fast, attentive. Decent sports limits, good slots and Originals, an interesting VIP ladder. I moved serious volume there within weeks.
What I did
Mostly sports. Near a level-up, I topped off the remaining wager with dice at 1.01x — the quickest way to close a level, and a game they offer. I lost money on dice too; it’s a losing play by design. I didn’t hide it, and I never touched the BTC race rewards until the last days, when I noticed they existed.
What they did
- Jul 14: the host confirms a reload bonus is ready to claim.
- Jul 17: an admin writes that after “a review” Winna will no longer serve me; I may withdraw, I can’t bet, “this decision will not be changed.” No reason given.
- Jul 18–19: withdrawals stuck. Support calls it “a random check, pretty normal, it’s the weekend.” The casino lobby returns error 403.
- Jul 20: the verdict. My 1.01x dice play is “prohibited bonus and reward abuse.” The $15,658 BTC withdrawal is cancelled as “promotional value.” $6,229 USDC is approved. Account permanently withdrawal-only. In the same thread: “Your sports action was fine.”
A settled sports bet — $2,500 in BTC that won $3,800 — was voided as well, and whatever was still on the balance (roughly $6–9K) went with it. All in, Winna kept somewhere between $25K and $30K; I don’t have the exact figure because I lost access to the account. The BTC part alone was about $20K, which is what I wrote on X on Jul 27, a week after the ban.
The numbers
Their own VIP manager showed me the ledger two days before the ban: $104,615 deposited, $71,887 withdrawn, net $32,728 to the house. Total bonuses I had received were around $11,500. Even counting everything they seized, I was a net loser on Winna. They didn’t ban a winner; they banned a losing high-roller and kept his balance.
My take
Every crypto casino has a clause about low-multiplier wagering. What matters is how it’s used. Here it was used three days after the VIP host was handing out bonuses, against a player who was down $32K, to confiscate funds that mostly came from his own deposits and a settled bet they admit was fine. Nobody explained what was “abused” — the “farm” they describe lost me money.
Deposits were instant; withdrawals could hang for days in “internal review” despite full KYC. The games and odds were fine. None of that matters when the operator can rewrite the deal whenever it suits them.
Not just me
- The $7.3M “VIP Slide” case. On Jul 22, 2026 a thread on X (619K views) described a player invited into a private “provably fair” VIP game at Winna who lost $7,299,672 in 61 of 62 bets; the thread argued the private build used a fixed client seed and no pre-committed server chain, and asked Winna to prove fairness or refund. Winna said nothing for ten weeks. On Oct 23 CEO Paul Martens replied: the game wasn’t rigged, an independent dispute body ruled in Winna’s favour, the thread was posted by a former affiliate with his own legal dispute against Winna, and the CTO published the full round data on GitHub. I can’t judge who is right about the math. I can say that the pattern — VIP invitation, private deal, then silence — is the one I recognise. Sources: player’s thread · Winna’s reply.
- Trustpilot: “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines,” and “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” 664 reviews, 44% one-star. trustpilot.com/review/winna.com
- Me, on Jul 27: “Exactly the same thing happened to me, at least the first line… permanently blocked my account and confiscated ~$20k in BTC.” my post on X
Verdict
I had a good month there, right up to the day it stopped being convenient for them. I’d stay away.
